TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Saaphyri Windsor L.L.C. We provide this Site as a service to our Independent Distributors. Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our Site (the I.D.P. �Agreement�). Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms set forth in fore mentioned I.D.P. Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of the I.D.P. Agreement do not use this Site. You must possess a signed I.D.P Agreement between you (Independent Distributor) and Company (Saaphyri Windsor L.L.C.) to use this site.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Saaphyri Windsor L.L.C. harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys� fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms of Use, and/or any of the foregoing agreements, representations, and warranties.
TERMINATION
These terms are effective until terminated by Saaphyri Windsor L.L.C. Saaphyri Windsor L.L.C. may terminate this Agreement at any time, may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Saaphyri Windsor L.L.C's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of the I.D.P. Agreement. Upon any termination of the I.D.P. Agreement by either you or Saaphyri Windsor L.L.C., you must immediately discontinue use of this Site and promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise. Note that certain provisions of this Agreement (Site Contents; User Comments, Materials, Feedback, and Postcards; Disclaimer; and Indemnity) will survive termination.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
There are no refunds. Exchange of unopened product only.
